  • Application and Technical Support

Maxiom Group can bring a disciplined program management process that can ensure both a timely and cost effective implementation of our client's selected application solution.

A leading global biotechnology company engaged Maxiom Group to be the IT Project Manager for a series of initiatives, including a recent effort to consolidate and outsource three distinct internal call centers supporting three commercial products teams to a single third party distribution company.

As Project Manager, Maxiom Group developed and maintained the overall project plan, schedule, milestones and task assignments. We prepared and led project team meetings, performed status reporting and managed client resources in execution of the project. We also managed the performance of the technical effort, including the evaluation of data requirements, assessment of available data, and development of reporting requirements. Finally, we helped identify and resolve several ongoing business process issues that had been difficult to overcome. The project was ultimately completed on-time within a very tight time window and with enhanced quality of data and services to patients.
