Our Services

System Integration

Maxiom Group provides a broad set of capabilities to assist our clients with the integration of their mission-critical business systems and processes across the entire enterprise and value chain.

We offer business-to-business integration with business partners including contract manufacturers, third party logistics companies (3pl), distributors, and other business service providers. In addition, we provide specific capabilities in electronic data interchange (EDI), electronic funds transfer (EFT), benefit provider data feeds, vendor managed inventory, and electronic pedigree (ePedigree).

Maxiom Group utilizes a wide range of integration technologies including multi-vendor systems integration using standard application programming interfaces (APIs), custom development, form development, and XML-based integration. We also assist in data aggregation, analysis and presentation through the design and development of data warehouses and implementation of business intelligence, analytics and dashboards.

A leading global biotechnology company engaged Maxiom Group to modify several of its key business systems and rebuild key interfaces to support a new strategic alliance it had formed with a specialty pharmacy to serve as its exclusive distributor.

As a result of this new strategy, Maxiom Group helped establish a replenishment-based (versus order-based) supply chain operating model with vendor managed inventory. We assisted in designing and building the collaborative, business-to-business, order to cash interface to integrate the new supply chain collaboration partners. We successfully implemented changes to and integration with the client's Oracle 11i eBusiness application, Sterling Commerce GIS application, data warehouse and Cognos reporting applications. We also updated the custom interface with our client's third party logistics (3PL) company and the specialty pharmacy's point of sale application. The result was the successful implementation of a new, strategically important distribution model with the expected levels of efficiency and automation.
